General Affair Staff
Manage and maintain office facilities, operational vehicles, and company assets.
Organize and process office operational needs (stationery, cleaning supplies, pantry, and other routine requirements).
Arrange and monitor service schedules, repairs, and renewal of vehicle or office facility documents.
Manage GA archives and documents such as lease contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing documents.
Arrange business trip needs (accommodation, transportation, and related administration).
Handle permits, security, cleanliness, and comfort of the work environment.
Coordinate with vendors and third parties related to GA services.
Prepare regular reports on GA activities and expenditures.
