Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office facilities, operational vehicles, and company assets.
- Organize and process office operational needs (stationery, cleaning supplies, pantry, and other routine requirements).
- Arrange and monitor service schedules, repairs, and renewal of vehicle or office facility documents.
- Manage GA archives and documents such as lease contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing documents.
- Arrange business trip needs (accommodation, transportation, and related administration).
- Handle permits, security, cleanliness, and comfort of the work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and third parties related to GA services.
- Prepare regular reports on GA activities and expenditures.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure, and result-oriented.
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays (if required).
- Ability to drive a car with an active SIM A (driver’s license) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, office facility maintenance, and inventory management.
